Terms of use

Last updated October 16, 2026

By using A11yKeeper (this website, the free scanner and any reports) you agree to these terms.

What the service does

A11yKeeper runs automated accessibility checks on public web pages and suggests fixes. Automated checks find only some kinds of accessibility issues. Results may be incomplete or include false positives, and pages can change after they are checked.

Not legal advice

Nothing on this site or in our reports is legal advice, and our results don't certify that a website meets any law, regulation or standard. For legal questions, consult a qualified lawyer.

Acceptable use

  • Only scan websites you own, manage, or have a legitimate reason to check.
  • Don't try to get around the free scan limits, overload the service, or use it to attack other sites.
  • Don't use the scanner on pages behind a login or on private networks.

White-label reports

You may put your own brand on reports and share them with your clients. You're responsible for how you describe the results to them; please don't present an automated report as a full manual audit.

Paid plans

Paid plans are not yet open for self-service sign-up. Founding agencies will receive the plan terms in writing before any billing starts. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, A11yKeeper is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: hello@a11ykeeper.com.
